- 01April 2026KSeF became mandatory. The only firms still outside it are micro-businesses staying under 10 000 zł of gross sales in a given month.
- 31December 2026The grace period ends — until that day technical mistakes in KSeF carry no penalty. ●
- 01January 2027Penalties come into force and the micro-business exemption disappears.
All of those dates are already known, so the question today is not whether you will make it, but how many hours a month go into moving documents between the inbox, the shared drive and the accounting software.

- Deployment and handoverWe launch it, test it on your real documents and show you how to run it. You keep the documentation and a direct line to the person who wrote the system.

How we do not work
- No multi-year lock-in. One month of notice, and the code and configuration stay with you.
- No subscriptions for the sake of subscriptions. You pay for a working automation, not for access to us.
- We will not promise savings we cannot justify with numbers from your own books.
- If the call shows automation does not pay off — we will say so in that same call.
