Working-time assessment form · item 1
How many hours a week go into retyping invoices from mail into your software?
TOO MANY
That time does not have to come out of a person. We build automation for accounting offices and small firms: a document reaches the right place by itself, and a client gets an answer without waiting for someone to find a free moment.
No slides and no strings. If it is not worth doing, you hear that on the same call.
- 01April 2026KSeF became mandatory. The only firms still outside it are micro-businesses staying under 10 000 zł of gross sales in a given month.
- 31December 2026The grace period ends — until that day technical mistakes in KSeF carry no penalty.
- 01January 2027Penalties come into force and the micro-business exemption disappears.
All of those dates are already known, so the question today is not whether you will make it, but how many hours a month go into moving documents between the inbox, the shared drive and the accounting software.
What we do
- Document flow and KSeFAn invoice reaches your software by itself; people only handle the exceptions.
- Answers for clients and remindersRepeat questions are handled by an assistant, and missing documents are chased before the deadline.
- IntegrationsWe connect the programs you already use instead of talking you into replacing them.
- Software built to orderWhen no off-the-shelf tool fits the process, we write one.
How we work
- A 20-minute callYou describe what is still done by hand. We say plainly whether it can be automated and what that takes. If the answer is “not worth it”, we say that too.
- Scope and price in writingWe write down, step by step, what will happen automatically and where a human decision stays. You get the scope and the price before anything gets built.
- Deployment and handoverWe launch it, test it on your real documents and show you how to run it. You keep the documentation and a direct line to the person who wrote the system.
Work
No borrowed client logos and no numbers that cannot be checked. Links to systems that are running right now instead.
- A recording turned into meeting notesOur own product, live — you can open it and check.
- An assistant that collects and qualifies enquiriesDeployed for a client in the furniture business.
- A restaurant without a paper menuOrdering from the table by QR code, live view for the kitchen.
Call
Twenty minutes, no sales deck. You describe what eats the most time — we tell you whether it can be automated, roughly how long it takes and what it needs from your side.
Or the form on the Contact page, whichever suits you.
